Project Overview
Puram Consultancy required a professional digital platform that not only showcases their business consulting services but also automates the entire client acquisition journey. We delivered a complete full-stack ecosystem comprising two Next.js applications and a FastAPI backend. The public website drives trust and lead generation through structured service pages, client case studies, a blog, and a live consultation booking system. The admin panel gives the business owner full control over all published content, consultation schedules, bookings, and real-time analytics — all from one secure dashboard.

- Building a seamless consultation booking flow that syncs real-time slot availability with an admin-controlled schedule.
- Creating a CMS-style admin panel with draft/publish control for case studies and blogs without a third-party CMS dependency.
- Structuring detailed, SEO-friendly service pages with dynamic routing while keeping content fully maintainable.
The Strategy
Dual Next.js Architecture
We built two independent Next.js 16 applications — a public-facing website and a secured admin panel — each optimised for its specific audience. The public site focuses on performance and conversion, while the admin panel prioritises usability and control for the business owner.
FastAPI Backend with 7 API Modules
A Python FastAPI backend powers both applications with a clean REST API. Modules cover authentication, blog management (with image uploads), case studies, consultation slot and booking management, contact form handling, and a full analytics engine — all deployed on Render.
JWT-Secured Admin Panel with Live Analytics
The admin dashboard uses JWT bearer token authentication with automatic session expiry handling. Admins get a real-time analytics overview including lead generation trends, recent platform activity, and booking statistics, enabling data-driven business decisions.
