Terms of Service

1. Pricing Model

Projects are quoted as fixed, all-inclusive packages - not hourly billing - so the investment is clear and predictable before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is billed at a transparent hourly rate as an Add-On Service.

2. Currency & Validity

For clients located in Sri Lanka, prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are valid for 60 days. For clients in all other countries, prices are quoted exclusively in US Dollars (USD) and are valid for 90 days. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal following discovery.

3. Payment Schedule

• Standard Projects: 30% deposit to begin, 40% at the project midpoint, and 30% before final launch.
• Smaller Engagements (Under $1,500 for international or LKR 300,000 for Sri Lanka): May follow a simplified 50% advance / 50% before deployment.
• Monthly Services: All monthly retainers (Website Management, Digital Marketing, Hosting, Backend Maintenance) are billed in advance at the start of each monthly billing cycle.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer and PayPal. Invoices are issued on request.

5. Revisions

Each package includes the revision rounds listed in your specific proposal. Additional rounds are available as an add-on service.

6. Custom & Enterprise Scope

"From" pricing on Enterprise tiers reflects a typical starting investment; final pricing is determined after a scoping call based on integrations, complexity, and timeline.

7. Ownership

Full source code and design ownership transfers to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We believe in providing you with complete control over your digital assets.

8. Support Window

All one-time projects include 14 days of post-launch bug-fix support at no additional cost. For ongoing maintenance and updates, we offer monthly retainer packages.
